I wish I could attach photos here! So long story short...
I received my ring and started trying it on different fingers. I went to my thumb and could not get it off. I figured I'll try the next morning since I was tired from a long day.
Morning comes... couldn't get it off. Coconut oil, lotion, my own tears. Nothing worked. Drove to the nearest jeweler. "Windex is my secret weapon" she says. NOTHING WORKED. The thought of cutting my thumb off filled me with anxiety. "Yikes, tungsten is going to be hard to cut..." she says "try the fire department."
I drove to another jeweler across the street and he said we can try to break it with pressure. Apparently tungsten can break under pressure, which would of been nice to know prior so I wouldn't have a mini hear attack.
New jeweler just smashed the ring off and I contacted rings by lux and told them my story. They did not hesitate at all to take care of me and send me a replacement.
I'm just happy I still have my thumb and a new ring! Couldn't be happier with their level of service and understanding. I'll be shopping for a second ring with them very soon because of how well I was taken care of.
Thanks to the entire lux team! :)
