Here are some of the most common questions we get here at Rings by Lux.
Q: What is the best way to find out my ring size?
A: Your ring size actually fluctuates throughout the day, so we suggest you buy a ring sizer instead of going to a jeweler. That way, you can measure your finger over the course of a whole day and figure out which size is the most comfortable.
Q: How much does it cost to ship my ring internationally?
A: All shipping options are automatically calculated during the checkout process with our discounted shipping rates.
Q: Can I send my ring back for a refund or exchange it?
A: Finding the right ring for you can be tough; we have all bought something that looked good online but didn’t suit us in person.
At Rings by Lux, we give you 30 days from the day your ring is delivered to exchange or return your ring. If you want your ring re-sized, you will have to pay for the cost of the shipping.
To return a ring, it must come back to us in an unworn and clean condition, ready for re-sale. If the ring is damaged on return, we reserve the right to charge you for the damages.
Q: How do I return or exchange my ring?
A: You have 30 days from the day of delivery, simply get in touch with our team and let us know what went wrong. We will advise you on what to do next.
Q: What do I do if I want to return or exchange my ring after 30 days?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges past 30 days.
Q: Do you offer Engraving?
A: At this current time, we do not offer an engravement service at Rings by Lux. Our metal rings can be engraved, though, so if you want engraving doing, we suggest you take your ring to a local jeweler who offers that service for a small fee. Plated rings also should not be engraved.
Q: Do your rings come with a warranty?
A: All of our rings come with a free one-year limited warranty.
Q: What do I do if I ordered the wrong thing?
A: Unfortunately, because we ship our products out so quickly, it is hard for us to stop an order. As soon as you receive the wrong product, make sure you get in touch as soon as possible.
Q: Are your antler and wood rings waterproof?
A: All of our wood and antler rings are Water Resistant; they are not waterproof. They are sealed by a special type of resin and will be fine while doing the washing up or having a quick shower. They will not, however, withstand being submerged in a lake or the sea for very long. They will not fall apart after being submerged, but they will begin to deteriorate rather quickly.
