One strip of aged, recycled whisky barrel sandwiched in between 2 incredible abalone shell inlays, precisely laid in a bulletproof tungsten carbide ring, finished in a subtle rose gold plate. The recycled abalone shell is absolutely amazing, the patterns are just mesmerizing, and it is one of nature's finest creations. What is better is that we are using discards that would have otherwise been thrown away. This ring has the wow factor!

Ring Sizing
Our rings are based on comfort fit sizing. We recommended having your ring finger measured at least twice to make sure that you get the appropriate size. In the case of the wrong size ring, we will do our best to make it right, but there will be a small shipping charge to make the exchange.
Also, please keep in mind that ring sizing is more art than science. Any given finger may be able to comfortably span a full size. Some (myself included) prefer a looser fit, where it will not fall off, but it will never put the squeeze on as finger sizes change during the day. One thing we promise, is that we will make sure that you get what works best for you!

This ring is stunning. The abalone is a nice pastel blue, and contrasts nicely with the wood and rose gold.

Shell chipped and fell out ![User picture]()
This ring was absolutely stunning!!! But sadly over a couple years the shell has chipped and fallen out considerably. My best friend and I bought our husband's almost identical rings from this site to celebrate an anniversary, the other is in great shape and still looks beautiful. I am very sad my husband's looks so rough now. He is disabled and does not abuse his hand so I know it's not wear and tear. Maybe just a defective ring.

Great experience, minor issues.
The ring was a little too big when first received, customer service was fast and excellent to deal with quickly responding and offering the correct size which arrived only a few days later. The one small hiccup is the color. We ordered the Dionysus Whiskey Barrel with Abilone shell in rose gold. The rose gold we received was more of a brownish hue, like chocolate color. The ring itself was beautiful but unfortunately the color of the rose gold didn't work for my fiance so we had to return it. Throughout the entire process the team at Rings By Lux has been nothing short of phenomenal and I can say I do recommend their products and services.
