Ring Sizing
Our rings are based on comfort fit sizing. We recommended having your ring finger measured at least twice to make sure that you get the appropriate size. In the case of the wrong size ring, we will do our best to make it right, but there will be a small shipping charge to make the exchange.
Also, please keep in mind that ring sizing is more art than science. Any given finger may be able to comfortably span a full size. Some (myself included) prefer a looser fit, where it will not fall off, but it will never put the squeeze on as finger sizes change during the day. One thing we promise, is that we will make sure that you get what works best for you!

Super fast and great customer service
I had purchased a ring for my fiance in the wrong size. Luckily it came quick and when I realized it didn't fit, I quickly ordered the right size and followed the directions from the website to return the original ring for a refund. The new ring arrived in no time, beautiful as ever, and my refund for the original ring was processed right when they received the return. I purchased an engagement ring with not being entirely sure of my fiancés ring size. I knew of the 30 day return policy. I proposed to my fiancé 40 days later after receiving it as we had a special trip to Amsterdam. Alas, it was too big. So I printed the return instructions and sent a quick email with what I needed to do and shipped off the return. They responded immediately and they shipped out the correct size immediately before they even got their ring back. I appreciate the excellent customer care. The rings are beautiful and it was just a great experience. I will highly recommend RBL.
