Ring Sizing
Our rings are based on comfort fit sizing. We recommended having your ring finger measured at least twice to make sure that you get the appropriate size. In the case of the wrong size ring, we will do our best to make it right, but there will be a small shipping charge to make the exchange.
Also, please keep in mind that ring sizing is more art than science. Any given finger may be able to comfortably span a full size. Some (myself included) prefer a looser fit, where it will not fall off, but it will never put the squeeze on as finger sizes change during the day. One thing we promise, is that we will make sure that you get what works best for you!

The ring is beautiful. I like it even better in person than the photos online. USPS delivered the ring to the wrong address and was unable to recover it. I immediately panicked and reach out to Rings by Lux. They were super kind and would have been willing to work with me on getting another ring but luckily my next door neighbor found the package in their mailbox and gave it to me. Huge relief! We did need to send it back for a smaller size and that was a very easy process as well. Only suggestion would be to insure the rings when shipping. I did that when I shipped it back with UPS (I never use USPS) and it only cost $2.50 per $100 value of the item being shipped. I think it’s worth the peace of mind.

It’s a beautiful ring and fits my husband comfortably. The previous one we had was bulky and slid around his finger and he couldn’t wear it during anything because the coating was making his skin peel and turn red. This ring was a huge improvement and he loves it so much more. Only complaint I got is to not have your own sale ad pop up while I’m typing a review lol

Amazing Ring! Quick and Easy Exchange!
I had chosen this ring to be the engagement I gave my fiancé. When it arrived, I realized I measured an old ring of his incorrectly! And a week before I had planned to propose!
