Very sturdy and even better than the pics! We had ordered the wrong size, and Lux was quick to guide me through returning and getting the correct size back to me!
I prefer to buy local when ever possible. When I found out they are an NC based company I was more than happy to purchase from them. It’s a beautiful well made ring that should last for the years to come.
I'm usually wary of websites that have a popup in the corner for "So and So from Somewhere just added *insert product* to cart." since it's usually just a pushy sales tactic in web media. That being said I was fairly hesitant to pull the trigger but my wedding was coming up and I wanted something for the ceremony that kind of fit the mood better than my more formal hammered black tungsten carbide band, so I decided to give it a shot after seeing the Lux website recommended in a Reddit thread.
Gotta say, the grain on the wood is beautiful. Very smooth feel to the ring. Feels polished and sits lightly on the finger. Simply put it's doing a great job looking good. Lots of compliments on it and a few inquiries as to where I purchased it. Came in a very nice little wood box with a kinda woven canvas fabric interior. I ended up using the box for the ceremony, and for my best man to hold on to before the ceremony, because it looked so good.
No complaints. No issues with shipping. If you're like me and feel like sites with that pushy advertising feel gimmicky then rest assured as a skeptic I was very impressed. I would 100% recommend the Dionysus, and will most likely get another few of the Lux rings to swap out with my wedding band for various events or outfit coordination. (Or just to have options!)
Gets a lot of attention. Looks better than advertised. Fits perfectly as ordered. Ring wears well, not too heavy, and holds up well to daily activities on my farm.
